The following is the adjustment of the customs declaration process in Taiwan:

Recently Taiwan customs strictly required recipient to register and do Ezway's real-name authentication to proceed the customs clearance, so all recipients compulsory must download the Ezway app and do real-name aunthentication, including non-Taiwanese.

In order to successfully complete customs clearance, when submitting the awaybill, upload a screenshot photo of Ezway's real-name authentication in the {Recipient's ID Photo} section instead of uploading recipient's ic photo. The screenshot photo uploaded must clearly shown the name of recipient, phone number, ic number and shown "Approved"
