Starting 10th February 2025, please make sure that your account have sufficient credit to pay the shipping fee. If your account doesn't have enough credit to pay the shipping fee, your shipment will be on hold. Please make sure the email address is valid to receive the email notification after the shipment had been processed and weighed.

Please make sure to top up your account before 4pm every Wednesday to ensure that your account have sufficient credit to pay for shipping fee, otherwise your parcel will be put on hold.
